New users are created in the User Groups menu item. A distinction is made between two user types.
To create a new user, you must open the desired user group (CA or CU). Use the + symbol to add users to this group.
After adding a user, an activation link will appear. Copy this link and send it to the new user.
You can create your own customer groups and customers in the Customers menu item. They have access to the devices, objects and dashboards you have shared. The created customers can in turn create new customers and so on. The function is suitable, for example, if you have installed several measuring devices at different customers and want to give them an insight into the measurement.
The customer hierarchy is a hierarchical representation that you can use to manage your customers quickly and easily.
